Barn/Stable Conversions:
In our partnership, we have completed several barn conversions to date. These include:
completely disused buildings transformed into high standard living accommodation;
currently used buildings into valuable office space.
Buildings for Ornamental Gardens:
We can provide additional interest to your garden. An exciting and challenging project for us was to create buildings for an ornamental garden that were in keeping with the surroundings. We are proud of the results.
Both in restorations and renovations we know it is of paramount importance to have any building work done so that the end result is in keeping with the original building structure.
Local Government regulations dictate the restrictions on building work on 'listed building' structures, but we promise that work can be done well for you within set parameters for a particular location.
Extensions and Attic/Loft Conversions:
An extension or conversion of the attic is a relatively easy and cheap way of adding additional living accommodation to your home, perhaps an additional bedroom or useful office space that so many people need these days.
a recent project was a porch - a small room, but one that makes all the difference to the home arrival.
Local Council Grant Work:
We have completed numerous projects for Flintshire Council Council, that include adapting property for use by the physically disabled. Other projects include general renovation and upgrading work
New Domestic Builds:
Another recent project has been to construct new semi-detached homes in Mancot, Flintshire.
